SHOP HOLIDAY NOTICE:

Please note that the shop will be closed due to extended holiday from 16th February until 20th March. All orders placed after 16th February will not be processed until after our return on 20th March. This means orders may be placed, but there will be a delay in receiving your orders. We appreciate your continued custom and patience during this time.

Returns & Refunds

Hats Off Oxford hope you are delighted with your purchase.

Hats Off Oxford are pleased to exchange or refund on any item you are not satisfied with. Please contact us straight away to discuss a return or exchange on hatsoffoxford@hotmail.com, or telephone 01269 540 6161.

Any unsatisfactory item must be returned, within fourteen days from receipt in an unworn condition and at the customers own expense.

If the item is not returned within the fourteen days then we cannot issue a refund, but will issue a credit note to the value of the purchase only (this does NOT include the postage)

If you find you have ordered in error (i.e Colour or size) and require a replacement, please include postage costs for your area to cover the return postage. If it is an error on our part, we will cover all postage.
